No lender, no problem! The GPAR is the form for those looking to get a home appraisal for any reason including in the case of a divorce, if someone wants to appeal their property taxes, for estate planning purposes, etc. A GPAR is also a great place to start for those who are exploring the option of selling their home. We can help you determine a fair and honest price point for you before you go to list your home on the market.
