ARE YOU AN AMC?

Nope! Impact Valuation Group is an appraisal firm. We are hired by the AMCs to complete various types of residential appraisals across the country.

HOW MUCH DOES AN APPRAISAL COST?

We price our appraisals based on the local market, the price for an appraisal in Colorado or Pennsylvania looks different than the price for an appraisal in Missouri or Ohio. Other than the locality, the type of appraisal being performed plays a role as well, some appraisals are more complex than others, and this is reflected in the quote when you fill out our form to receive a free appraisal quote.

The appraisal process is pretty quick once all of the information is received. The appraiser will schedule the the appraisal inspection after receiving the order; and after the scheduled inspection takes place, we aim to turn our reports in within 24-48 hours depending on complexity. Most of the time, it is faster than this!
